1. User Conduct
By using Homemade Nepal, you agree to not use the service to send spam, harass other users, or engage in any unlawful activity. You are responsible for all content you submit, including product listings, pitch details, and messages. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates our policies.
2. Our Role as a Platform
Homemade Nepal is a platform that facilitates connections. For buyers and sellers, we act as a directory. We forward inquiries from buyers to sellers' WhatsApp numbers. We are not involved in the transaction, payment, or delivery, which are all arranged directly between the buyer and seller. For creators and investors, we act as an introductory service. We review pitches and forward promising ones to our network of investors. We do not participate in negotiations or guarantee funding.
3. Safety and Communication
We are committed to the safety of our users. We will never publicly display your personal phone number. When a buyer or investor is interested, we will forward their message to you via WhatsApp. It is then your choice whether or not to engage in a conversation. We are not responsible for any communication that occurs off our platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
Homemade Nepal (and its parent company, Basestring Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users. We provide the platform "as is" without any warranties.
5. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
