Poverty forced her to pause her studies, but it never dimmed her desire to learn. Today, Ambika is a multilingual artist fluent in Nepali, English, Hindi, and Chinese—a skill that opens doors to connect with travelers, expatriates, and visitors from all over the world.

Based in the heart of Thamel, she gently approaches people with a warm smile and an artist’s confidence, offering henna that captures tradition, elegance, and the personal stories of her clients.
