Rina Gurung

Rina has always been known in her neighborhood in Kirtipur for her delicious pickles and homemade snacks. After her children started school, she wanted to support her household income but still stay home. She began selling small bottles of homemade achar to friends and relatives, and soon demand grew. Today she prepares fresh tiffins, snacks, and authentic homemade pickles using traditional recipes from her mother.
